at the playground
Clark couldn't get enough of Grandma and Grandpa, and the beautiful weather and took full advantage of both. Here are some pictures from the playground-

Visiting Florida - Dex meets everybody!
It's been seriously forever since I have updated the blog. We went to visit Florida for a while and were having too much fun down there to update pictures. And when we got home and I realized I took almost 800 of them it's taken quite a while to go through them all! Seriously- almost 800 pictures, what in the world? So, they might be a little out of order but I'll try to get the good ones up...
Here are some pictures of little Dexter meeting his Florida family...

Happy Halloween!!!
Halloween was always one of my favorite holidays growing up. Maybe it was being able to be someone else for a day- who am i kidding, it really was ALL about the candy :) and the pumpkin seeds. But, I loved that Mom made chili and hotdogs every single halloween, and Dad always took me trick-or-treating. And I remember running as fast as I could from house to house to get the most candy I could get my hands on. And one year getting in trouble for having a Butterfinger fight with my best friend in my room (very messy.)

So one of the things I have always looked forward to is getting to share Halloween with my own children. And this year was SO special. For the first time Clark actually kind of understood going from door to door = candy. So he would try to say tick-or-teet, and tenk yoooo! And happily follow Perry to the next house. It was adorable, and so special, and I loved every second of it. Here are a couple pictures of Clark the fireman, and his partner in crime, Dexter the dalmation.

Pumpkin Patch
Monday afternoon we headed to Thies Farm and pumpkin patch for a little pumpkin picking with the Maheu clan. The weather was the most beautiful it's been in a long time, sunny and 72! Not your typical October weather, but we'll take it. The kids had so much fun running around together, we're thinking of taking Clark back- he had SO much fun

Exersaucer Love
Dex is big enough for his exersaucer, or as it has lovingly been dubbed by some of my friends "the circle of neglect" but he LOVES it. He's usually only good for a ten minute stretch, but he gets so excited when he's in there. He is already trying to grab the toys and stuff them in his mouth.
a little brotherly tummy time-

Clark watches everything his big brother does- and Clark is pretty cute with Dex when he's in the exersaucer, he loves playing with the toys with Dex.

4 months-
WHERE has the time gone? Dexter is already four months old- and growing and changing every day. He's still a little peanut (especially compared to Clark at that age) as of last week he was only in the 45th percentile for height and weight. But he's got amazing head control and loves watching his big brother's every move... We tried rice cereal the other night for the first time and here are some pictures from that-
Clark was very into Dex trying some food
