Dinosaur World

One morning we decided to take a little dino adventure with the boys. Clark has been really dino-obsessed for months now, and when we found out about Dinosaur World and knew we had to go. So we piled the troops into two cars and drove to Plant City for some fun... Too bad we don't live closer, this place would be awesome for a birthday party!
The boys were SO excited...

I love it when they hold hands...

And there was a dino-themed playground... this pic of Dex cracks me up!

And they got to dig for dino bones (I mean play in the sand) in the Dino Boneyard.
They really earned their baths that day!

Visiting Mike

We are lucky enough to have cousin Mike that manages the PF Changes in Winter Park, so we love to visit when we're in town...
The boys like to play under the giant horse...
And Mike has the chef's make huge fire balls!
Clark ate about 6 spare ribs...

Dex hanging with his Grandpa. Although he can't say Grandpa yet, so he calls him "pawpaw" which sounds so adorable coming out of his sweet little mouth!

Christmas

Merry Christmas! Santa came, there was yummy food all around, and great times hanging with family...
Here's Clark playing one of his favorite Christmas presents... the harmonica. Both boys got them and have been making pretty music ever since. We took some video, I'll have to try to post that later-
Gordon & Hank got added to the train family.
Clark LOVED his special dinosaur encyclopedia that Santa brought him.
And Dex got a fresh Lotso since his old one has been snuggled ragged. But of course he can tell a difference. We were a little worried old Lotso would be upset that the new guy is around... "we've been replaced!" just like in the movie. Haha.
And miss Bella got in on the present opening action!

After a ridiculously delicious prime rib dinner (seriously, this piece of meat was so giant we were getting funny looks at the store :) we took the kids outside for a glow stick party. Fun times! Merry Christmas! I can't believe it's going to be 2011 already- time is going by way too fast.

Christmas Eve

We had a very wonderful Christmas Eve... We made some fun Christmas ornaments in the morning...

Here's Clark showing off his messy hands. He had fun with the paint! And look how cute his handprint snowmen ornaments turned out...

After naps we went over to Aunt Linda & Ed's house for some YUMMY food with Mike & Renee. The boys ran around in the backyard and played ball until it was time to eat. I didn't take a ton of pictures, but here's one stolen from G & G.

After dinner the boys took baths and watched Polar Express with Uncle Ed until it was time to go home.

Once we got home Clark put out some cookies and milk for Santa. These are the super bright colored Spritz I made the other day... yummy!

Santa Spotting

The other day we had a Santa spotting on the street. He rode by on a Firetruck (awesome!) and threw candy down to the kids. Clark & Dex were REALLY pumped...

Visiting Santa

This afternoon we took the little guys to see Santa. They were both good at first, dishing out Santa "high-fives" and telling him what they wanted. Clark of course said "DINOSAURS!" and hugs and kisses (which I found super adorable). And, when Dex was asked what he wanted for Christmas he replied "to EAT!" um... ok Dex :) I swear we feed him!
But they got restless and by the time we were able to get a picture with cousin Bella the little ones had lost it. But I personally think the crying pictures are cute...

I don't have scanner access right now so these pictures are crooked pictures I took of the originals on my phone. Nice.

Snow Day

We were supposed to get a light dusting of snow the other night and instead it looked like a winter wonderland outside. So we spent 30 minutes bundling the boys up for 5 minutes of snow play. I vaguely remember that from a kid :)
Dex was unsure of everything, and spent most of the time either trying to catch snowflakes on his tongue or moaning.
Clark had a ton of fun though, and was throwing snow everywhere!

Family Pictures

This year we had one of my friends Cassie Allen take our pictures. I traded her for some pictures for her professional site and a few of she and her hubby. Here's our beautiful photographer... I'm going to have to post their pictures over on the fatbaby blog when I have some time-
And here are our family pics...
