Disney Time!

I'm finally getting around to putting up our Disney pictures! We were lucky enough to take Clark to the Magic Kingdom for his third time, and I've gotta say, it is seriously awesome seeing your child experience the magic that is Disney. Clark got to meet a few of his favorite characters and even stayed awake for fireworks even though he was exhausted. He started talking about the fireworks on the way to Disney so we knew we had to try. All day he kept saying, "It gets dark, then fireworks. ok?" Ok buddy!
Originally we thought we were going to take both boys, so I got them matching Mickey shirts. I had to get a picture of them even though Dex stayed home. We want Dex to be able to walk before unleashing the Disney madness on him... how cute is this smile?!?!
Clark seeing the castle for the first time. At least he can say "castle" now because for a while it sounded like... well, let's just say, it's not blog appropriate.
The obligatory family picture in front of the castle, although the castle got cut off.
Dave got to join us!
Clark LOVED hanging with his Uncle Joe that day
So we totally lucked out. Clark is OBSESSED with Buzz Lightyear. Buzz was on break and Clark was the first guy in line. So he wasn't waiting in line looking at Buzz, he just appeared from around the corner. And Clark went crazy, it was so cute!

He is really into "big hugs" right now

Sharing a burger with Uncle Joe
Clark and Dave on the Buzz Lightyear ride
And it wouldn't be a trip to Disney without a giant turkey leg. Clark could barely hold the thing up but he loved it!

High fives for Woody
Clark wouldn't stop hugging Jessie.

Wah Wah. Clark was just a tad short for the bigger rides. Maybe in November-
Arggghhhh

Fireworks! Poor little guy was exhausted, but as soon as the show started he perked right up.

A few more...

Here are a couple more randoms from FL before I delve into our Disney pictures...
Clark and Lola had a blast in the big blow up pool that Grandma and Grandpa got. I seriously wanted to lay out in that thing, it was great!
Every time we're in FL we hit up Perkin's where Grandma & Grandpa's usual waitress helps us out. Clark loves hanging with his Grandpa...

And we even got a couple "adult" nights out without the boys, which was SO nice. It was great getting to catch up with Brian and Eileen-
At Fiddlers where we always seem to end up-

Bella's Baptism

While we were in FL we had the pleasure of watching our adorable niece Bella get baptized. Rich has the honor of being her Godfather, and even Clark "helped" out a bit with the ceremony.

Clark the helper
Bella was so good she didn't even cry
And for some strange reason Rich trusted Clark with a lit candle, but he did SO good. I totally envisioned his little white boy afro going up in flames, but at least he was right by the holy water, haha.

Proud parents
Godmother Tiffany and Godfather Rich

The DiTore boys, always into everything-

And it wouldn't be a DiTore party without a ton of food

Dex's Florida Birthday

While we were in Florida Grandma and Grandpa threw Dex a first birthday party. It was so nice to get to celebrate his birthday with all our loved ones on that side of the family... Dex is a lucky little dude!

Aunt Joan and Tory checking out the horses.
It was his party and he could cry if he wanted to. And he did.
But all was better after a sippy cup, and he had so much fun opening presents.

Clark was super pumped about Renee's amazingly delicious cupcakes. They were seriously awesome. Check out her work at HELLO CUPCAKE
mmmmmm, cake!

Toy Story 3

Clark is a big Toy Story fan, I mean, how can you not be? And we've been looking forward to 3 coming out for quite a long time. Clark was already familiar with all the characters from stalking the previews online and we waited to take him until we were in FL so he could see the movie with his Grandpa. And, for being two and a half he did awesome. Sat through the entire thing, and was glued to the story. It was so cute. He even enjoyed some movie theater popcorn for the first time ever. Love it!
